Anna was incredibly flexible with our sporadic schedules and made it as easy as possible for us to view properties of interest. Buying your first home is nerve racking, to say the least, and we were so lucky to have had Anna be there every step of the way. She was considerate (always aware of the challenges a young family in the downtown core face) generous and honest. I can't say enough about her and the work she did for us. Our building is fantastic and getting better every day, our neighbourhood is actually very family friendly. Our four year old now has neighbourhood and school friends, who meet at the park just around the corner. We love where we live and Anna played a huge part in that.

Anna was very warm person and did not push or force to look into houses that we did not like. She also understood the requirements of our dream home.
